En mi universidad hemos acumulado varias denuncias por parte de varios departamentos a lo largo del 2003 y del 2004. A la vista del numero de referencia (de 6 cifras) yo me cuestiono por qué a los usuarios de banda ancha no les llegan tales notificaciones. Y también me contesto: al igual que en el caso de la universidad, el aviso de le llegó al departamento de sistemas, a Telefonica/Terra/Ya/... le llegara igualmente, pero no comunicara a sus usuarios que estan siendo denunciados. ¿Que ocurrira el dia que decidan denunciar en serio? En nuestro caso, la cosa quedo en esta carta y ya (supongo que a pesar de lo que digan no tienen potestad para actuar en Europa).
